Our course is specifically designed for the Tattooist. This is a 6 hour extensive course covering microbiology and disease and immunization, sterilization and disinfection, bloodborne pathogens standards. It targets issues that are directly related to the tattoo profession and has been presented for over 16 years internationally.
The next phase of our organization is that we would like to have members, who would be state representatives, to coordinate the locations and work with the home office to offer the seminars outside of the convention circuit. The requirements would be a minimum of fifteen people per class. If any members would like to work A.P.T. booths at conventions please contact us as well. We would also like for any members who travel to conventions abroad who would
like to become instructors to please contact the Home Office.
The Alliance of Professional Tattooists will be holding Prevention of Disease Transmission in Tattooing (PDTT) seminars at the
following locations. All seminars begin at 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise noted. Sign-in 30 minutes prior to beginning of seminar.
